This space is for sensitive souls, creatives, and feelers seeking a deeper connection to their body without pressure or performance. Through grounding yoga, breath, and simple somatic practices, we’ll explore how to soften inward—so safety, presence, and rest become accessible again.

You’ll begin to develop tools to support your nervous system, a sense of inner spaciousness, and begin the journey towards feeling grounded through presence.

Whether you’re healing from burnout, trauma, or simply seeking slowness—this is a place to come home to yourself.

Orientation & Grounding

This 21 day nourishment for your nervous system helps you to begin to reconnect with yourself & develop an anchor through both external and internal resources. 

Orientation alongside grounding practices form the main aspect of this course to help you come back to presence, forming the foundations for healing from acute or chronic stress, Trauma and Trauma symptoms like depression, anxiety & chronic pain.

Self Paced

While the course is designed to run over 21 days, you'll have access to the course to come back to the content and practices again and again. Take 21 days to cover the course content or slow things down even further at a pace that suits your capacity.

Content

Each daily video is no longer than 20 minutes giving you small, digestable practices to help you find a slower pace and integrate the practices. You'll find educational insights alongside somatic practices to build a core understanding of how to begin befriending your nevous system and regaining stability.

Integration

Each Day focuses on a different aspect of orientation and grounding helping you to build a greater picture of embodiment with integration resources for you to take away with you throughout your day.

Simple practices that can be used anywhere and draw on the body's natural healing responses. All practices can be done without a yoga may, on a chair or even out and about throughout your day.
