I believe yoga can be a space where you are met exactly as you are — honouring your body, your energy, and the season of life you’re moving through. Rather than fitting yourself into a mould, we allow the practice to unfold in a way that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
My approach is shaped by over 15 years of personal experience, alongside in-depth Yoga Medicine® training. This blend of lived understanding and therapeutic knowledge allows me to hold a space that is both grounded and intuitive — where you are invited to explore at your own pace.
Whether you’re seeking a little more support, a softer way to ease stress, a time that fits more comfortably into your day, or a practice tailored to your health and wellbeing, we can create something that feels aligned for you.

Private Events
Private sessions can be held in a number of different ways.
You can schedule in regular one to one sessions at a frequency to suit you or take out two to one sessions for yourself and a friend or family member.

Sessions can be held in my home studio space in Preston or in your own home in person or online.

Private group bookings are also available if you're looking to bring a wellbeing aspect to your next event such as a wellbeing weekend with friends, workplace wellness days, for a special occasion as a gift or even a morning grounding session on your wedding day.
