Service Description
A 30 minute Intake discovery call can be held on zoom or via a phone call, this offers a space for you to ask any questions about sessions, how it might help you & to see if we work well together.
Cancellation Policy
All private sessions are non-refundable and are payable at the time of booking. If you are no longer able to make the scheduled session, you may rearrange the date of your session if more than 24 hours notice is given of the booked session. We are not able to reschedule your appointment if cancellation is within the 24hour period and is therefore forfeited by the participant. We are not able to refund any sessions or reschedule sessions due to lateness and reserve the right not to continue with the session lateness does not allow time for a session to go ahead. Any lateness will result in a reduction of time from the booked session time. Katie Winder reserves the right to refuse any future sessions due to behaviour deemed to be mental, physical or verbal abuse in any circumstance and reserves the right to cease sessions at any time at a forfeit of the session cost in line with our 24 hour cancellation policy.
