Service Description
Join us every first sunday of the month with The Monthly Unwind. Take 90 minutes to gently unwind and reconnect in this soothing online Restorative & Yin Yoga session designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system. This monthly workshop combines trauma-sensitive Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga to help ease feelings of stress, burnout, or emotional fatigue. Through stillness, supported postures, and mindful awareness, you’ll be guided to soften into rest and release held tension — creating space for deep replenishment and calm. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners, this practice offers a safe and nurturing environment to simply slow down and be. Details 🕒 90-minute live online session 🌙 Trauma-sensitive Yin & Restorative Yoga 💻 Delivered via Zoom — practice from the comfort of your home Items you may need - A yoga mat if you prefer (a blanket or towel can work as an alternative) - Yoga Bolster (two Large bed pillows as an alternative or couch cushions) - Two yoga bricks (two smaller cushions as an alternative) - A blanket - Warm clothing and warm room as the body cools during rest Please note: No refunds are available for this workshop due to its online format. Sessions are not recorded.

Cancellation Policy
All online classes, courses, and workshops are non-refundable. This is due to the nature of online bookings, with your session access link being sent at the time of booking. If you’re unable to attend, we’re unfortunately not able to offer refunds or admit alternative participants in your place, and access cannot be transferred. Please note that each booking is valid for one registered participant on one connected device only. For the safety and integrity of the space, unregistered participants will not be admitted to the class, course, or workshop. Bookings for online sessions close 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, and late registrations cannot be accepted once this window has passed.
