This 60-minute class blends yin and restorative yoga with somatic, trauma-informed principles to support nervous system regulation and deep rest. Rather than focusing on achieving shapes or pushing into sensation, you’ll be guided to move slowly, notice what you feel, and respond in ways that feel supportive for your body. Through gentle grounding, small movements, supported postures, and rest, this practice offers space to reconnect with yourself—without pressure or expectation. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and is especially supportive if you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, or burnout. Disclaimer While this class is designed to be gentle and supportive, it may not be suitable for those who experience overwhelming responses to stillness or body awareness. Details 🕒 60-minute live online session 🌙 Trauma-sensitive Yin & Restorative Yoga 💻 Delivered via Zoom — practice from the comfort of your home Items you may need - A yoga mat if you prefer (a blanket or towel can work as an alternative) - Yoga Bolster (two Large bed pillows as an alternative or couch cushions) - Two yoga bricks (two smaller cushions as an alternative) - A blanket - Warm clothing and warm room as the body cools during rest Please note: I am not able to reschedule your booking or offer a refund for online class bookings due to session links being sent automatically, please ensure you are able to attend the class prior to purchase. Sessions are not recorded to ensure the space remains safe and inviting.

All online classes, courses, and workshops are non-refundable and we are not able to reschedule your booking. This is due to the nature of online session links being sent automatically at the point of booking. If you’re unable to attend, we’re unfortunately not able to offer refunds or admit alternative participants in your place, and access cannot be transferred. Please ensure you are able to attend the session prior to booking. Please note that each booking is valid for one registered participant on one connected device only. For the safety and integrity of the space, unregistered participants will not be admitted to the class, course, or workshop. Bookings for online sessions close 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, and late registrations cannot be accepted once this window has passed.
