If you’re tired of pushing through, overwhelmed by life’s demands, or feeling disconnected from your body, Ritual of Rest is here to provide a sanctuary—a place where you can simply be. This is your space to rest, release, and return to yourself, gently and without pressure.

Ritual of Rest is rooted in trauma-sensitive yoga, which prioritizes safety, choice, and gentleness. Every class is designed to help regulate and soothe the nervous system, offering a restorative practice that encourages deep relaxation without forcing the body. By creating a space where you can move and rest at your own pace, we honor the wisdom of your body and its need for healing. Trauma-sensitive yoga is particularly effective for those recovering from stress, trauma, and burnout, helping to restore balance, calm, and resilience. Through slow, mindful movement and conscious rest, you'll gradually build a sense of safety, strength, and ease, both on and off the mat.

Joining Ritual of Rest is as simple as signing up for our monthly subscription. Each week, you'll have access to a live, online class every Tuesday at 8pm where you can join the group in a shared space of collective care. Your subscription also includes ongoing support, with updates and resources to help deepen your practice and continue your journey toward rest and healing. Join us for just £25 per month, and start your journey back to yourself.
